Transporting hazardous materials or substances is forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used only for its intended purposes, and adherence to passenger and weight limits is required. Driving beyond the designated geographical boundaries is not permitted without prior authorization.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by South Hams law, Car Hire is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability in relation to any claim will not exceed the rental amount paid within the last 12 months.
